Every Seatopia order includes a freshness indicator, a small temperature-monitoring device that tracks heat exposure throughout transit. Here's how to read it.

White line → Your order maintained proper temperature from our facility to your door. Everything is good to go.

Two blue lines → The indicator detected sustained heat exposure during transit, which may indicate conditions that could affect product quality. If this happens, contact our team with a photo before consuming.

When in doubt:

If your fish arrived frozen solid and the indicator is has a white line, your order is in excellent shape. If your fish arrived thawed or the indicator is triggered, take a photo and reach out to us at [email protected]  — we'll assess the situation and make it right.
