My payment failed, will I get my order?Updated 8 days ago

If your payment doesn’t go through, your order will be placed on hold until your payment method is updated. To fix this, simply log in to your Subscription Portal and update your payment information.

If you use ShopPay, please note that you’ll need to update your payment details directly in your ShopPay account for the change to take effect.
