We ship orders every Tuesday and Wednesday.
For one-time purchases, orders must be placed by Tuesday at 8pm PST to ship the same week. Orders placed after Tuesday at 8pm PST will ship the following week. Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday for the same week cannot be edited or canceled once submitted. Any order edits must be submitted by 8pm PST the Sunday before your order ships.
Subscription orders are processed based on your scheduled renewal date. If a subscription renews on or before Tuesday at 8 PM PST, it will ship that same week. If a subscription renews on Tuesday after 8PM PST, it will be processed after the cutoff and will ship the following week. Subscription orders that process on Monday or Tuesday for the same week cannot be edited or canceled once submitted.
Please make any edits to your upcoming order by Sunday, 8pm PST for orders shipping out the following week.
You’ll receive tracking information by email once your package leaves our warehouse, along with additional updates when it’s out for delivery and once it has been delivered. If you provided a mobile phone number at checkout, UPS will also send an SMS notification when your package is delivered.
