If you haven’t seen a confirmation email come through, here are a few quick things to check:
Check your spam or promotions folder — sometimes our emails land there by mistake.
Make sure you’re checking the correct inbox — especially if you used Shop Pay, your confirmation may have come from them instead of directly from Seatopia.
