When will my order ship?Updated a month ago
Orders ship every Tuesday and Wednesday.
To receive an order the same week, it must be placed by Monday night. If your subscription renews on a Tuesday, it will be processed after the cutoff and will ship the following week. Orders placed after Monday will also ship the following week.
You’ll receive tracking information by email once your package leaves our warehouse, along with additional emails when it’s out for delivery and when it has been delivered. If you provided your cell phone number at checkout, UPS will also send you an SMS when your package is delivered.
Subscribers can manage SMS preferences and future orders by logging into their Seatopia account or using the manage subscription link. Please note that changes to your account will only affect future orders.
