If something in your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing, we’re happy to help. We do have a replacement order minimum of $125, since we don’t ship in boxes smaller than 12” x 12”. Shipping larger boxes less frequently allows us to cut down on packaging waste and reduce CO₂ emissions. If the items needing replacement total less than $125, we’ll gladly offer a credit or refund instead. For subscribers, we can also add the replacement items to your next scheduled shipment for convenience.
