Orders ship every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Orders placed between Wednesday and Monday may still be eligible for updates or cancellations. While we do our best to accommodate these requests, changes are not guaranteed. Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.

If you are subscribed to recurring shipments, please visit your subscription portal to make any updates or changes before your next order processes.

We understand that last-minute changes or unexpected situations can arise. Due to the nature of our products, we encourage customers to contact our support team by email as soon as possible so we can do our best to help.
